Your Qualification Timeline
Induction
After you've enrolled, the next step is to select your preferred start date for your first module. Next, schedule your qualification welcome call to kick things off.
Once that's done, you'll gain access to your Learning Management System and be assigned your personal Qualification Support Agent.
Your agent will then assist you in booking your selected module dates, ensuring a smooth pathway on your certification journey.

Each stage builds on the last, moving from understanding the impact of AI to developing the judgement, governance awareness, and leadership capability required to apply it effectively.
You have 12 months from the date of purchase to complete all modules.
Practical Assessment
Your learning culminates in the development of an AI Capability Plan, bringing together the knowledge and practical application developed throughout the programme.
You'll produce a structured plan for your role or organisation, including an analysis of your current position, opportunities for responsible AI use, key risks and mitigations, capability development needs, and recommended next steps.
This gives you the opportunity to demonstrate how you can translate your learning into a practical approach to AI adoption and implementation.
Graduation
Upon completing your programme, you will receive an invitation to your graduation event and certification presentation, where you'll celebrate alongside your fellow graduates.
At this event, you will be awarded your physical ILM certificate, along with your digital programme certificate and digital credentials, enabling you to showcase your achievement as an accredited and certified AI Practitioner.
Recertification
