Professional led ILM level 6 NED qualification with clear support on how to succeed. Great clear structured induction and opportunity to ask questions. Good platform for on demand and booking courses and support.
Really interesting session this week. The facilitators clearly knows her stuff and was able to facilitate a 4 hour session with confidence, diplomacy while calling a range of voices into the discussion. I came away with lots of reflections to take into my board roles.
Doing the NED cert, really impressed with Actuate so far. The first 4 modules were interesting and led by highly experienced experts in their field. The onboarding and 1:1 support has been great, the team did a very good job of drafting my NED CV, they are clearly very experienced.
Appears to lead the market in training and certifications in board related areas that previously lacked this approach.
The content was practical, engaging and highly relevant, with real-life examples that made complex financial concepts easy to understand. The sessions are delivered professionally and encouraged great discussion throughout. I would highly recommend it to anyone preparing for a Non-Executive Director role.

Your Qualification Timeline
Induction
To get started on your qualification journey, after you've enrolled on the Women as Leaders Certification, you'll then select your preferred start date.
Next, schedule your qualification welcome call to kick things off.
Once that's done, you'll gain access to your Learning Management System and be assigned your personal Qualification Support Agent.
Your agent will then assist you in booking your selected module dates, ensuring a smooth pathway on your certification journey.
Module Delivery
All modules are 4-hours each and are delivered digitally via Teams.
You are able to complete these modules in any order:
- Communicating for Challenging Situations
- Inclusive Leadership and Celebrating Difference
- Leading with Strategy and Creativity
- Confident Leadership and Final Leader Journey
Practical Assessment
Upon completing each module, you will participate in a virtual assessment designed to help you reflect on and demonstrate your learning.
As part of your final module, our ILM-approved trainers will guide you through a practical assessment to successfully finalise your qualification.
Graduation
Upon completing your programme, you will receive an invitation to your graduation event and certification presentation, celebrating alongside your fellow graduates.
At this event, you will be awarded your physical ILM certificate, along with your digital programme certificate and digital credentials, enabling you to showcase your achievement as a certified and accredited woman leader.
Recertification
Maintaining your Actuate Global Digital Credentials is more than a formality. It’s a commitment to maintaining the credibility of your certification, demonstrating your continued development and keeping your professional profile current.
