Actuate's Women as Leaders Certification is a women-only, EDI-focused programme designed to accelerate progression into senior leadership and help build a more representative leadership landscape.
Built for a world of work being reshaped by rapid change and increasing complexity, the programme combines practical leadership development with a focused approach to confidence, visibility and executive presence. Participants develop the capability to influence key stakeholders, communicate with impact and lead with clarity, authenticity and sound judgement.
The programme also creates a strong peer network where ambitious women can share experiences, challenge perspectives and build relationships that support sustained career progression.
Aligned with the UK leadership qualifications framework, the programme includes the option to embed an ILM Level 6 Award in Leadership and Management, providing a recognised, employer-valued credential that strengthens professional credibility and demonstrates leadership capability.
